Access Terms
PullHouse Access gives eligible customers entries for the opportunity to purchase selected products at the advertised Access price. The featured product is not free.
Who can take part
You must be 18 or over, have a valid PullHouse account and be in a destination we can serve for the featured product.
Permanent Access entries
Creating an account does not give you an entry. Once you complete £10 of qualifying purchases, your permanent Access entries are unlocked. From then on, you receive one automatic base entry in each PullHouse Access product while your account remains eligible. You only need to unlock permanent Access once.
Bonus entries
After your permanent Access entries are unlocked, qualifying purchases may earn additional bonus entries for the current drop. The applicable bonus offer will be shown for that drop. Bonus entries do not carry over to later drops.
Qualifying purchases
Qualifying purchases are normal retail products bought at their displayed prices. Entries are not sold separately. Delivery charges do not count as qualifying spend. If a qualifying order is cancelled, refunded, returned or reversed, related spend and entries may be removed or recalculated. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Access drops
Each Access drop will show the featured product, Access price and relevant opening or closing information. Availability may be limited.
Selection and purchase
Successful members are selected at random from valid entries using a server-side random process. For a multi-product Access event, your automatic base entry is placed on every Access product. Any bonus entries are shared across the event and can each be allocated to one product. Your confirmed bonus allocation is frozen when Access closes. If selected, you will be given 72 hours from selection to purchase the selected product at the displayed Access price. If payment is not completed within 72 hours, that opportunity expires and may be randomly offered to another eligible member from the original frozen entry pool.
Fair use
We may verify accounts, qualifying orders and entries and may remove entries or accounts reasonably connected with fraud, duplicate-account abuse, automated activity or manipulation of Access.
Privacy
Information needed to run PullHouse Access is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional and separate from Access participation.
