Returns & cancellations

For qualifying UK online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving goods to tell us they wish to cancel. After cancellation, goods should be returned within the applicable statutory period. Any statutory exceptions still apply.

Returned goods should be looked after while in your possession. A deduction may be permitted where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods
