Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases made from PullHouse TCG through this website once retail sales open. Product descriptions, total prices, availability and applicable delivery charges will be displayed before an order is placed. Checkout will make clear when an order carries an obligation to pay.

Products and availability

PullHouse TCG sells sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products and collector accessories. Products are only made purchasable when genuine inventory is confirmed. Sealed products contain randomised contents and no particular card or pull is guaranteed.

Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or other legitimate issues arise; any payment due back will be handled appropriately.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery options, costs and estimated times will be shown before purchase. Qualifying UK consumer orders have statutory cancellation and return rights; see our Returns & cancellations page. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are not affected.
